I want a mandarin duck, and don’t know if I am allowed to keep one in california. If I can, where might i buy one? I read many responses on ducks, but those were all on mallards. I haven’t found an answer on if i can own a mandarin duck yet. Answers are greatley appreciated.
How to report a website hosting paedophilia pictures?

Admin I have come across this BBS website which has a lot of paedophilia pictures. The website is targeted for web-surfers in China (in mandarin only) but I have found out that the website is registered in California, USA. Their server is also located there.
How and who should I report this website to? It’s just absurd that the moderators of that website is encouraging such postings on the BBS.
NOTE: I am not a USA citizen and I reside in China at the moment.

October 5th, 2010 Admin Hey i am taking mandarin class …..an just last week was my frist class….i find it quite hard to follow because i’m different race and talks different language. I also notice that unlike english we have abc but in mandarin it is more to symbols ….i having hard time remembering all the symbols….can any of u guys suggest anything that could help me remember…or improve it…??
Help! Suddenly, my yahoo messenger is only typing out in Mandarin!?
October 5th, 2010 Admin I don’t know what I did…I was just like hitting the Ctrl, shift, alt, tab buttons randomely and all of a sudden I’m typing in Mandarin only…That would be fine, if only my friends could speak Mandarin too. How do you go back to typing in English? I know my grandpa used to just press the Right shift or something, but I don’t remember anymore. (Yes, it’s the Microsoft Pinyin IME program)
